  • 5 g baking powder
  • 3 g salt
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 15 ml olive oil

For the Filling:

  • 1 can tuna
  • 50 g corn kernels
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2 white mushrooms
  • 50 g red bell pepper
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese

For Brushing:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon milk

Instructions:

  1. Make the Oat Dough
Blend the oats into oat flour.
Sift through a sieve for a finer texture.
Add baking powder and salt, then mix well.
Add Greek yogurt and olive oil.
    Mix into a soft dough.
Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Tuna Filling
Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl.
Add corn kernels, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan.
Cook chopped onion for 1–2 minutes.
Add diced mushrooms and cook another 1–2 minutes.
Add diced red bell pepper and cook for about 2 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Transfer everything to the tuna bowl and mix well.

  1. Shape the Dough
Roll the dough into a log and divide into 8 pieces.
Shape into balls and keep covered.

Place one dough ball between two sheets of plastic wrap.
Flatten gently and roll into a thin round.

  1. Fill the Pies
Spread tomato sauce in the center.
    Add mozzarella cheese.
    Add 2 tablespoons tuna filling.
    Top with more mozzarella.

Fold into a half-moon shape and seal the edges.
Trim edges if desired for a neater shape.

  1. Bake
Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Brush with egg yolk mixed with milk.

Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Tips:
Using plastic wrap makes the dough easier to handle because oat dough can be sticky. You can customize the filling with your favorite vegetables.
